Antoinette Khatib has literally grown up in the real estate industry. After Antoinette's father, Khalil Khatib, started his firm in 1978, the Khatib real estate dynasty was born. Antoinette later became its principal heir.

But before she would take on her own business reigns, Antoinette would start in project management. She started off working for General Resources Development Group and Ward Hall Associates in Fairfax, VA, where she oversaw and managed construction on many projects, including renovations for the American Red Cross buildings in NW DC. This sparked her desire to see what else the industry had to offer. So, while simultaneously working on these projects, Antoinette became a licensed realtor and appraiser.

She began her career with First International Real Estate in 2002 and within 3 years, she obtained her brokers license and opened her own firm: Metropolitan Realty LLC. Later down the line, in 2010, Antoinette expanded her business from residential real estate into taking on commercial properties. From there, the rest is real estate history. She continues to build her legacy as one of the DMV’s premier realtors and brokers.
